CANCELLATION POLICY
I appreciate the value of your time & I also appreciate the same courtesy. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment online. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of all services booked to the card on file. ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service total and will not be able to book with me in the future. I understand that emergencies can happen, but communication is key.
